This book gives an amazing insight into the culinary world. If you like great food, and the world that surrounds it, you will love this book. I particularly enjoy how Anthony uses the tastes, smells, and emotions of food as a vehicle to tell his story. Oh and as noted by @CarlJohanSkovsen and @MortenVSchroeder it is a must to do this in audible and have Anthony himself read it aloud. Great recommendation Carlo!!

Really interesting book but not as amazing as I had expected! I’m a huge fan of Anthony and his shows and I was sad when he passed away! Some parts of the book are incredible but I found it a bit too focused on kitchens and cooking and would have liked it to be more about him and him as a person! Do yourself a favor and listen to it on Audible instead of reading it and then enjoy it being read up by Anthony Bourdain himself! Just ads that extra special touch to it ❤️
