If you want inspiration of good habits to integrate into your life... this is a book for you. Felt very inspired to get my daily routine together after finishing this, and discovered some things I LOVE and would never have done otherwise (e.g., 30s cold shower at the end of showering)

This is not the type of book you just read from end to end because it is massive and quickly gets boring. It includes the best tools from some of the worlds most accomplished people (+100 people) across a ton of different disciplines. The perfect coffee book or bathroom book since each person is just 2-3 pages! Enjoy!
