MARK NICK AND CHARLIE AS MY FAVORITE COUPLE 🫶❤️‍🩹 I can't believe how fast I went through the series. I read each book in less than 2 hours (if you don't count the time I had to reluctantly put it down and go to work). 🫥 Okay, let's talk about side characters first. I think Tao and Elle are adorable! 🥰 And Tara and Darcy are sups cute. 🤭 Their struggle clenches my heart and Darcy's family, well, not to say much but I relate, and I really hope it gets better, for her and for me. 🫂 Oliver is, well, the cutest! And I love Henry and Nellie, I really do want a dog myself. 🥹 I dislike David and Charlie's father, though. I know his reaction remains unknown at this point and he could be over the moon supportive, but to put your children through what he did, and bailing out on them? I won't wish it upon my worst enemy, much less a character I absolutely adore. I am so happy Mr. Farouk and Mr. Ajayi. And I am a fan of Mrs. Singh and how she stands up for Charlie because she's been there. It's not just about her own experiences, but the empathy she exudes make me believe in the fact that good humans still exist. And Tori and Michael, idk much but I'm so happy she has someone who can make her smile. I need to read more about them. Okay, now on to Nick and Charlie. There story is inspiring, impacting, and amusing. I feel awful that Charlie has to go through so much. As someone who's dealt with a lot of patients struggling with their mental health, I understand how difficult it can be. I understand how they could become a codependent pair because they had to keep their relationship a secret from many of the important people in their lives, and I'm happy they're working through it. 😮‍💨 Honestly, when Charlie told his parents about the disorder and the scene jumped to four months later, I felt a deja vu. I'd read about a character that died in closer circumstances and I was almost shivering with fear of that to happen again. 🥺 Thankfully, it wasn't my time to be devastated, and I find it lovely how Charlie agreed to visit the doctors and get admitted when he knew he needed help. I'm proud of both the characters, and even though I know it could be a bumpy ride, I can't wait for Book 5. 🤍

The heartstopper books are very cute ¿right? But this take very seriously the health disorders. But Alice handle them very well.
