Good follow up to the first film with the excellent addition of Bill Nighy as Davie Jones. I feel like this is the last decent film in the franchise unfortunately.

Solid 8.3. Once again with the great fighting scenes and plot development build up. Still not sure how Jack didn’t die on his fall on the island with the Indian peoples but alas. Sword scene for the key is iconic and lots of sub plot connections between a lot of the characters and build up for the next movie. Every character has their own unique story line and plot with each other that tie together nicely. Can’t wait for the next one.

Very worthy follower of the first movie. I especially love the fighting scenes taking place on the Island, where Davy Jones’ chest is hidden and the guy playing Davy Jones himself. Talking about Davy Jones I am very impressed with the special effects.
