Fascination documentary about both the coming together and clash of cultures in an American factory.

Really interesting documentary with a lot more depth than expected. Indirectly touched upon huge global trends / dillemas in our world today: - Reversal of global power dynamic with a US factory closing and new Chinese factory opening - The end of the ‘Ameerican dream’ with US middle class forced to leave a $30/hour job for a $12/hour in a Chinese factory - US workers feeling unfairly treated yet working side by side with Chinese workers who work 12hr shifts vs 8 and also work on saturdays - Chinese workers forced to leave their family behind for a 2 year stint in US, yet they seem grateful for the opportunity It’s a clash of two culturally completely different mindsets largely formed by history and its fascinating to watch it unfold! I wanted more when it ended
