Overall a fun watch and a decent follow-up after so many years. I feared they would fuck it up but it was entertaining and they stayed true to the Matrix world. It did however feel like the storyline was a bit more complicated than it had to be. Also the ending was honestly a bit disappointing and underwhelming!

Definetly not what I expected at all and had me so confused as to what was real and what wasn’t. Keanu Reeves is a national treasure <3

The Matrix 4 is a living proof of not every greatest movie needs a sequel or a remake, it's so disappointing to watch this movie, feels like another great movie captured by the big corporations to squeeze out profits by tampering with our emotions. The early scenes kinda like self explanatory of how this movie happened, remember that scene when smith tells neo about Warner Bros forcing them to make a sequel to the Matrix trilogy game? and there's more like that. Why Smith calling neo tom? It's Anderson, they didn't watch the trilogy I suppose. The Merovingian is a hobo now, wow, kinda foreshadowing how this movie losses it's elegant and classy styles. Is it so hard to get Tanveer K. Atwal to reprise her role as sati? the answer is yes because we want money and publicity we don't care for our audience, fuck them we can cast Priyanka Chopra cause she's Indian and we can get some more Indian audience with us, well I'm an Indian and I hate her how about that warner bros! My hopes were too high for this movie that's why I'm so disappointed but if I'm wrong about what I said above, please tell me I'll be glad to hear.

If it lacks the original's bracingly original craft, The Matrix Resurrections revisits the world of the franchise with wit, a timely perspective, and heart.

This movie is a joke! The original Matrix is still far better than this one. 2 star just because I like Keanu.

Mixed feelings. I am glad they took the story forward. Scenes were beautiful. Action was also okay. Good to see all old characters. But something didn’t feel right. I felt like the makers of the movie were not interested in making this movie. 🙃 Deserves a re-watch.

The movie was clearly a cash grab by Warner Brothers. It seems that the Wachowskis were forced into making this film or potentially watching some random person destroy their baby. All that being said, the film was not that bad, it was quite enjoyable as a whole. The movie is very different from the original 3 in terms of tone and depth of meaning. I feel like the original films were given a lot more thought to the characters and the overall universe and how everything works and interacts. This film relies heavily on revisiting the prior 3 films (especially the first film), with actual clips from the original movies being peppered all throughout. Overall, the movie doesn’t take itself too seriously, and at times even makes fun of itself. I am a big fan of the original 3 films, so I have to say I found it quite enjoyable. I especially liked the casting of Neil Patrick Harris as the Analyst, and the casting of Chad (can you guess who the actor is?) Overall, the plot was a decent attempt at continuing the story, but there are some sizable plot holes, and the new characters are not as memorable. Yahya Abdul tries his best, but he doesn’t even come close to the performance that Laurence Fishburne gave us during the first three films, and the same is true for Jonathan Groff, who cannot be compared to Hugo Weaving. Finally, the one thing that really disappointed me over everything else was the fight scenes. The original Matrix gave us some of the coolest and most memorable fight scenes in cinematic history, yet this film had none. Did they even have a fight coordinator on set? In conclusion, as a fan of the franchise I enjoyed the film, and will probably see it a second time because I am sure I missed some things, but you can tell Lana Wachowski was forced into making it, and it shows in the final product.

No es la mejor de la saga eso queda claro, pero me pareció muy buena, como epílogo funciona de maravilla, es grato ver ahora si lo que paso con trinity y Neo después de tanta especulación sobre su paradero.

Ending was weird but the movie was fantastic! Really fun, especially for those who liked the previous matrix movies.

I'll just give it a 6 for the sake of "Matrix" It's just so feels out of it's element, it's just kinda feel like a short film, kinda a parody of showing the matrix trilogy that came before. But you can't ignore the fact that it felt good to look back on the previous trilogy and all those references. inspite of that let's just say it's only "The Matrix Trilogy" and not "The Matrix Tetrology" (you know what I mean)

I enjoyed revisiting this version of the Matrix with Neo and Trinity. Maybe it was nostalgia but seeing Neo fight for Trinity and seeing Trinity kick some major ass, shit give me more. I’m all in.

Too much humour, clearly making fun of itself and Warner Bros…. It’s a film that shouldn’t have been made. It effectively went back on the original ending and then gave the fans a “happily ever after”… 🤷🏻‍♂️

The first hour got me excited for what could be a new Trilogy but then what was to come just didn't back it up. Pointless storyline in the end. Should of left it alone!
