It's an infuriating film. The plot is too stupid to make you care about the outcome. First of all the mere fact that an engineer accidentally stowaway was already a hard pill to swallow. There are probably hundreds of checks done before take-off. But let's assume that it happened. My second major issue is that Anna Kendrick's character (mission-critical person, SHE IS THE DOCTOR ON THE SHIP!!! Sounds like someone important for a 2 year trip to Mars.) has no problem in flushing down the mission and putting the rest of the crew at risk by self-sacrificing herself to save the stowaway. This mission probably took billions of dollars, a decade or more of hard work and planning, the sacrifice, and 15 hour work days of thousands of people, and you are just going to go, "you know what f... it, I am going to be a martyr". Pretty selfish if you ask me. Hopefully, our astronauts are not this dumb, if they are I don't forsee mankind making it to mars anytime soon. Maybe I overanalyzed it. Aside from that, there is some good acting and special effects, I just couldn't get past the dumb premise. And did I mention the massive plotholes?

I like space movies, even though they give me major anxiety. This one was cool. Nothing special or revolutionary, but the acting alone made it a great movie, especially with only four actors to carry it. Honestly though, I probably wouldn’t watch it again.

Farrr better than I thought. This is what you get when you have a solid script. Can keep the audience in chair just with 4 faces, JUST FOUR 💯. Psychological drama combined with action, i liked the receipe. It has some pacing issues and some unanswered questions but the gripping storytelling keeps you engaging.

I love space movies 🪐 Was very surprised how they could stay somewhat calm when I was freaking out just by going on the shuttle launch simulator at Kennedy Space Center 👽 And Anna Kendrick, first the cup song, now this?? I’m a fan

Pacing problems prevent Stowaway from fully engaging, but it's distinguished by its thoughtful, well-acted approach to a story built on an excruciating moral dilemma.

🌎🚀👩🏻‍🚀👨🏿‍🚀 This hit me hard. The balance of almost thriller and suspense.. not knowing what the situation was, what might happen next, how it'll resolve or if it will. I thought the written characters balanced very well with each other. 🎶 Score was pretty fantastic for it's purpose actually. There was only one moment I really noticed it and thought it needed to tone down. Otherwise, brilliant. (Bertelmann) I really loved the moral dilemmas. Not a clue what would happen and if it'd resolve. I was totally gripped and committed. It wasn't stupidly predictable and I flippin loved that. I loved the minimal actors involved; even no voice heard on other side of comms. Brought your presence, attention, and importance to the core four. I still even have some questions about what happened but I don't feel the need to have them answered.. which to me speaks highly of story completion. I feel I know all I need to know, even though I should feel dissatisfied with the information. Very cool. Also this film definitely tugged on my emotional strings and I'm more than sufficiently sobbing. Had to listen through entire credits to hear the score and fully process.

Ok good acting is decent but my lord the massive, overwhelming plot holes, lack of explanation, sheer stupidity...I could go on, in essence the actors did well with what they had but they were given scraps. Avoid!

Not the best of movies, but above average. At times it felt low budget, but was well acted. I would have rated it higher, but it felt like it was missing something.
