Great film, well made. The modern version of Baby its cold outside is amazing. They need to release it as a single

This was enjoyable and entertaining but nothing special. I like that they played with some of the cliches, such as the guy she doesn't end up with not being made into an idiot or asshole (just wrong for her) and the main guy and his family being Asian. There's a time and place for every genre, and this is a decent cheesy romance that's perfect for the holidays.

Funny light comedy. Exactly what I expected and wanted for a cozy relaxed evening (comiendo papaya) with a christmasy mood.

📣 Top user review: Wow I wish this is real I wish this is real so hard. A Christmas romcom added to Netflix. A girl from LA got catfished by an Asian guy, but she agreed to pretend to date him until Christmas as long as he helped her dating the guy she wanted. Make no mistake, this was a cheese fest. There ain't anything that will surprise anyone who watch a bit of romcom, so it would be a waste of time to talk about them. However, to my own surprise I actually enjoyed this movie. Only some of the jokes were cringe, and the rest did make me laugh. The cast was decent throughout and there wasn't a particular performance that I hated. I somehow mistaken the main actress, Nina Dobrev, as the beautiful red witch Elizabeth Olsen when I watched the trailer, but I didn't complain because Dobrev is also a quarter.

The Christmas rom-com season has begun and this is a great start! Entirely predictable sure but still managing to be sweet, endearing, funny and occasionally a little surprising! Spoilerish How she didn't think to video call him is beyond reason. Their actual chemistry at the end is not so believable. Felt the candle reveal moment fell a little flat. LOVED the non-creepy version of Baby it's Cold Outside sooo much!! ❄

Ahhhh! First recommendation from this app, and it nailed it!! I love Nina Dobrev, and the Asian representation made me want to cry happy tears! They were so cute and sweet. At first, I wasn’t sure how to react. I feel like I went on an adventure with Natalie because I wasn’t super sure when I saw the real Josh too. However, I fell for him the more his personality showed. He’s such a sweetheart! They’re adorable! I feel bad for Tag, but I’m so happy for them.

Netflix Christmas romcom is easy to like Nina Dobrev gets catfished in a pleasant, if mostly unoriginal, Christmas comedy.

This was surprisingly good, and a good start to the holiday season. I hope to see more of these as we get closer to Christmas. If you can ignore the fact that Natalie (Nina Dobrev), doesn't have Face Time, Google Duo, Skype, Zoom, Meet, or any other video calling app in 2021, which would essentially end the movie. This movie was pretty good. It has a good mix of comedy, romance, and Christmas spirit. Nina Dobrev and Jimmy Yang have great chemistry on screen and some of their conversations are pretty funny. Matty Finochio plays the perfect LA A..hole and boss. He is absolutely hilarious, not sure where he found the shake weights, but that was a nice touch. Also, the grandma is a total savage, and the nursing home scene had me in tears. (This was by far the funniest scene in the whole movie, jajajajaj) Overall the movie is very entertaining and will get you started on the Holiday Season.

Love Hard is by no means reinventing the wheel, but for those looking for a feel-good rom-com, it works . With a handful of well-constructed moments – a surprisingly sweet “woke” riff on date-rape anthem Baby It’s Cold Outside and a Love Actually-inspired ending. The film checkmarks all the boxes for standard rom-coms. But, instead of trying to move away from it, Love Hard embraces the genre by adding cheesy tropes from other movies into its story and the end result is delightful.

Xmas rom-com, easy watch. Very obvious storyline but I didn't go into this for a complex drama.

Faktisk en rimelig sød julefilm om dagens datingsamfund. Værd at se 💪🏻
