I think this movie is great, almost perfect, character development and storytelling is out of this world, also the acting is fantastic. (mild spoilers) I also love the fact that main character is clueless at some points and this makes movie even better.

One can never see a heart warning and a flawless movie like this ever in their lives ❤️, And plz don't get me started about Tom Hanks. Even though I'm not in his generation to be a Fan, And now i literally become ONE. HANDS DOWN🙌

I always assumed this film would have a positive impact on me, and I wasn’t wrong. Not the greatest film ever, but a fairly strong message throughout. Despite the score and telling of the story, there’s one major thing that frustrates me: the interpretation and representation of lower IQ individuals and those with exceptionalities. Constantly, this film portrays Forrest and others in an extremely negative light. Another issue I have is the usage of a different voice by Tom Hanks. He did a great job with it, however, it felt wrong and always felt like it was making fun of individuals with exceptionalities and that bothers me a lot.

My favourite movie ever made. I remember watching this as I grew up. Most of the references there I didn’t see. Now looking back on it I can’t believe how smart it is. A very funny, not so family friendly in some parts, cult classic. If you haven’t seen this yet then I invite you to step into the simple world of Forrest Gump.
