This film is by far my favorite in the franchise because it culminates everything that has happened to Harry since Voldemort killed his parents. There are losses seen throughout this film that absolutely break me, but there is one that does both of the above things, and is why he is my favorite character in these movies. Spoilers: Severus Snape was always a terrific character and the late Alan Rickman portrayed him better than anyone ever could. Snape’s character comes to full fruition in this film. As viewers, alongside Harry, we discover why Snape did the things he did. How he loved Lily Potter since the day they met and never stopped loving her, even after her murder. How he protected Harry even when he didn’t know it. How he killed Dumbledore to protect the facade that he was on Voldemort’s side. The death of Severus Snape is one that has always affected me. It’s tragic, heartbreaking, and in his final breath he sees the man he’s spent years protecting alongside the woman he loved in his eyes.

Deathly Hallows, Part 2 is all action. As soon as the movie begins, Harry, Ron and Hermione are breaking into Gringotts, riding on the back of a dragon and, finally, battling Voldemort. That’s not always a good thing: The audience is barely given a moment to breathe and consider the consequences of this final battle. Book readers will certainly miss some of the quieter moments of reflection, particularly between Harry and Dumbledore at King’s Cross Station after Harry dies. But the film is able to pull off several crucial moments of character development amid the chaos, including Neville’s evolution into a bold hero, Ron and Hermione’s first kiss and Molly Weasley’s epic defeat of Bellatrix LeStrange. To that end, the film plays like a somber but satisfying reunion. Deathly Hallows Part 1, and even to some extent Half-Blood Prince, are films about loneliness and isolation. Some of the most beloved characters in the Harry Potter series are missing entirely from those movies. When Harry, Ron and Hermione return to Hogwarts, we get to enjoy Rowling’s wide array of Dickensian characters once again.

I loved it. A nice end to the series ending and i loved that the directors decided to show them yrs later all grown as i think it was a nice touch to the end of this franchise 😻

I don't know if it's the fact that he got the hang of acting or if I'm just used to his style of it (which is bad) but I really thought Daniel Radcliffe did well in this film. In that I didn't find his performance grating It should also be noted that I didn't 'just watch this'. Watched it years ago. Just forgot to add it

It's the last film so it was really emotional. I think this movie is my favorite harry potter movie. I love seeing the war between harry and voldemort. And lastly, i find it interesting seeing their kids and how they grew old hehe. It's a fantastic movie 😊
