Great performances and I loved that they tried to respect the real physics involved in space travel.

This movie was deep on sooo many levels, yet I didnt comprehend a large part of the science aspect, hence the rating 8 instead of 10. This is not an insult to the movie but to my ignorance when it comes to these space stuff! I wish I could understand it in its entirety so that my review could do it more justice! Love love love the time travel element of it! Mind blowing and fascinating concept, I will have to do a lot of research now that Ive finally watched this gem

Scientists will debate, theologians will contemplate, philosophers will wonder, and cinema lovers will bask in the glory of another remarkable Christopher Nolan achievement.

Takes a couple views to understand what’s happening (at least it did for me) but great story, effects and be ready to cry at the end.

An interesting concept with some cool themes and a complex denouement, the film as a whole is visually incredible but sadly weighed down by some really bad dialogue and very "convenient" circumstances. It feels very rushed in places and may have worked better as a TV series.

This is one of my favorite movies. I’ve watched it so many times, and every time I start searching for a lot of space-stuff afterwards. It’s so fascinating, but so hard to understand. I watched it for the first time in cinema with my dad, and I also love the daughter and father aspect in the movie, it was very special to watch and my dad and I talked about the movie for days after we saw it 🪐

Hated it. Overblown, over the top and a really disappointing end point imo

Some movies are not just simply a movie, you call them a master-piece, gem because they make you think about it for days, doesn't let you sleep. Interstellar is one such movie, Nolan absolutely mesmerises you with the story, science and mind numbing climax. If you are a science lover who loves the deep quantum and partical physics, wormhole and such stuff, this movie is definitely for you. I genuinely had to repeat scenes, Google facts to understand and yet 2 hour 49 minutes never felt long. Nolan is no doubt the generational director of the era. 10 stars for me.

I am traumatised after this film about the concept of time being relative and how much it hurts my brain to think about 🤯 Enjoyed the film, some interesting concepts, opened my mind to how vast the rules of space are. I hear quite a few people say they watch this often and pick up more each time.. curious to attempt a second viewing Spoilerish Totally called the dad in future being the one sending signals to daughter. Also predicted the space high five thing. Don't know if so many things were predictable for everyone. Seriously hurts my heart and my brain to think about that planet wasting so many years and how that's possible and what gravity affects! Hurts my head. 🧠 Loved the societal control aspect of people believing new facts they've been told (no moon landing) because government and text books say so. Been thinking about and seeing a lot of this lately, how easily people believe what they're told by news or government without their own thoughts or opinions being able to be formed, even when seen contrasting evidence. Interesting. Funny seeing Matt Damon on that planet.. felt like the Martian film.. except he was a really bad guy here.. which I'm trying not to taint my perspective of his character in the Martian 😄

Somehow outclassed Armageddon. If you don’t cry at three or four scenes your don’t have a soul. This is an excellent movie.

The true definition of quality sci fi. Not many are produced these days, the alien and predator films have hit rock bottom, little original sci fi is being made. This is a true classic though. Wonderful story, amazing acting and beautifully shot. An absolute must see.

Great movie with outstanding performances, and with that i actually mean All of them, actores, directores, designers, stylists, etc... Its a huge combo of a great team work. I really like Nolan and how he makes me see things that are only in his head, such an incredible and impressive director. The plot is remarcable, very well directed and performed. Dont judge yourself if you need a time to catch up the whole plot, its normal. Kinda gives me mindblowing vibes. You should see it.

It got me some time to get to watch this movie. However when I did, I saw why it is very well spoken about. It is a very technical and interesting film about space and it's misterys. Nolan strikes again with a perfect movie surrounding a very peculiar and unknown subject.

Very cinematic visuals and soundtracks, great storyline with real scientific theory. This is one for the physics lovers and truly, in a league of its own compared to other sci-fi films.

Interstellar is a separate class itself among other space movies. A Nolan’s intergalactic masterpiece. As a physics fan I can’t truly express my love to this movie ❤️

This may be a biased review but I have honestly watched this movie close to 10 times... I continue to watch this movie and find find new parts I didn’t understand prior the more and more I watch. This is hands down my favorite Matthew McCon movie out there. Wouldn’t be surprised if I watch it for the 11th time

Everything is great literally up to that post 3rd act. The score is phenomenal (like we don’t already know that) the story is riveting, the acting and visuals overall are a marvel honestly, but (and spoiler alert) post cooper going into the black hole kinda ruined it for me I can’t lie. I would like to think everyone is dead and this is just a projection of coopers last deranged thoughts - that would make it better but it still wouldn’t bump up the score. This would’ve easily have been a 8/9 film if it ended 15 mins earlier. But I enjoyed it - and yes the soundtrack will forever be in my heart because our man Hans knows how to compose a scene or 500!
