This is genuinely one of my favorite films of all time. The acting, writing, comedy, cast choice, score, set designs, absolutely every aspect of this film: perfection. After seeing Death On The Nile (2022), I realized my mom had never seen this, so I made her sit down and watch it with me and she seemed to enjoy this too (agreeing that it’s better than our theatrical experience earlier).

It's a really great film if you want to mind boggled and play detective, and this is one of the few films out there that does not use dramatic irony.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, with a great selection of actors. It keeps you entertained throughout with some cool twists and turns. I especially liked Daniel Craig in a slightly different role than what you are used to. Unfortunately, there's a section in the middle where I felt the storyline fell a little bit apart and it just didn't totally add up. I think the writers could have done a better job here tying it together!

A good watch for when you’re not in the mood for anything that requires a lot of focus or thought. I found it engaging and enjoyed playing along in guessing who committed the crime. Nothing crazy original but an entertaining watch nonetheless.

Summary: The circumstances surrounding the death of crime novelist Harlan Thrombey are mysterious, but there's one thing that renowned Detective Benoit Blanc knows for sure -- everyone in the wildly dysfunctional Thrombey family is a suspect. Now, Blanc must sift through a web of lies and red herrings to uncover the truth. This movie was so good and one of the best mystery movies I have seen to this day. The twists and turns of the whole film just makes you pay even more attention than you already were. I am excited to watch it again, so I can spot more things I missed. Positives: - I absolutely loved all of the details throughout the movie that you would only catch if you were paying close attention. For example, when all of them are being interrogated everyone has different point of views of who was where the night of his bday party/ death. - The writing in this film is great from the plot twists, to the humor, to the drama. Especially how Harlan planned Marta's "way out" of the murder itself to save her from her fate of prison. - An amazing cast. No other way to describe it, I loved it - There is sm going on at one time that you just can't look away from the screen because everything is so interesting. - The subtle humor throughout is so funny. For example: Richards subtle jokes throughout are great. - The aesthetic of the film is really pretty and the house is just so cool I want to live there. - The ending was every thing oh my god. The way Blanc caught Ransom by the smallest of details including Marta's "confusion". Negatives: - It felt a bit long in some parts, and like it dragged on, but I see why it was necessary. Overall: 4 1/2 out of 5

Like reading a good book that you don't want to put down slick and unpredictable! Not the cast I would have picked but it seemed to work..even Daniel Craig's accent..I guess

Finally got round to watching this and I wasn’t disappointed. A classic whodunnit with an all star cast, great mystery and lots of fun humour. Definitely recommend!

Been hearing a lot of hype on Knives out and it shows up a lot when I open the Friendspire app. HOLY SHIT that movie was so good and all the twists and turns were unreal. Funny movie too. Lives up to the 97% tomato meter rating
