Nothing too special but it shows the story how/why Facebook was developed.

You are not a hero or a villian. You could be a hero in one person's story and villian in another person's story.

I watched this film 10 years ago when it first came out and Facebook / social media was still sort of up and coming (at we didn’t quite use it / understand it like we do today). So I remember it being an interesting watch and exciting to find out the juice behind the scenes because Facebook was still such a big deal. I was only 15 though, so I didn’t quite grasp it. I watched this film again a second time only a couple of months ago, with a whole new mindset and actually found it overwhelming to think of where Facebook came from and once was to where it is now (and the other apps it owns now)! It’s more eye opening 10 years after release!

It is weird that with genius comes more responsibility and more mistakes. The better you are the harder you can think about details that make us human.

A spectacular movie, hand down. Fabulous acting by everyone, and I mean literally everyone. They showed Mark as witty and sarcastic guy. Is it really how he is? If yes then why he gets me zucced on silly comments.

It made me angry that a character was fictional because it was the basis for me to detest and hate Mark. But ok, it's passable.

- my dad saw that i was watching this movie and continued to stand and watch it and occasionally do something else but 5 mins later he would be back standing in the middle of our living room to watch this
- i really enjoyed this movie i learned how stupid i am and how smart some people are
- i like that this is based on a true story and how we can see the effects of facebook in our own lives
- also really liked how motivated zuckerberg was, it's somewhat inspiring to pursue an idea would recommend to others
would watch again

David Fincher, the director, is one of my favorites, so of course I had to watch. Even though this movie wasn't meant to be completely factual, there were still some great accurate elements involved. Positives: -The flow of the movie is so easy to follow and I love those kinds of films. - I think Eisenberg was perfect for his character, and he played Zuckerberg very well. - The way that Fincher composed this movie is really well done. In saying this, I thought the process of creating facebook through the film was so fascinating. - The way it started where they were just at Harvard doing basic coding then turning it into Facebook was really cool especially when he started coding to get the girls images through websites. - When Eduardo found out that his stocks were diluted and no one else stocks were it was such a good breakdown. Garfield walked in and basically said I am taking your company which obviously he didn't but still. - Also, what a great cast. Negatives: -I think it was a bit too long because an hour and a half in I felt like they could have made it that length. - I don't like the portrayal of Eduardo in this movie because in real life he wasn't necessarily a victim of the lawsuit because he did a lot of things he shouldn't have as well and Sean had to pick up the slack IRL I believe. - I do wish that they would have ended the cases in the meeting rooms a little better and clearer instead of just a white text box in the end. Overall: 3 1/2 out of 5
