Cage being cage!.. if your a cage fan this is most definitely for you! If your in the fence jump down and walk away this would probably make you hate him 😂 I am a massive cage fan and this fulfilled!

So much fun! Definitely tapers off a bit in the third act but it was such a blast it almost doesn’t matter

I hate Nic Cage. I can't help it. I was somewhat forced to see this, and I'll admit it was better than I expected, but only because Pedro Pascal is a gift to acting. Don't get me wrong, Cage was fine. But Pascal carries the movie, which is awkward given the title and all. (Tiffany Haddish was also great.)

Now that’s what cinema needs more of. Obviously not everything can be completely original but this film was something different and had everything you could want in a film. Entertaining from start to finish 7.8/10

Being Nicolas Cage Nicolas Cage plays Nick Cage — maybe, kind of, not really — in a comically romantic, buddy-movie thriller that is also an ode to him in all his Caginess.

Nicholas Cage as Nicholas Cage at his finest. Very funny movie throughout the film, Cage and Pascal had good chemistry and it's the highlight of the movie. It's straight up meta and fun easter eggs if you're a fan of Nicholas Cage movies. Go see this one out.

This was such an unexpected joy to watch. Such a great film and return to form from Nic Cage, not that he went anywhere. I'm now off to watch Cabinet of Calgary and Paddington 2.

Enjoyably meta Nicolas Cage buddy movie Cage attempts to satirise himself and Hollywood in this goofy action comedy, but ends up part of an endearing double act with the charming Pedro Pascal.

📣 Top user review: Watching this film I was unsure if it was a comedy, a farce, or Nick Cage's personal fever dream, but no matter what it was, I loved it! Clever and compelling, this film weaves a tale that results in laughs both hearty and wry.
