Executive producer. A poor girl lives on the rooftop of a building. Three young neighbors fall in love with her. The decide to help her when they discover that she is seriously ill and in need of an urgent operation.

Muhammad meets the girl of his dreams, Dina (Souad Hosni), who exchanges love while his cousin, Wafa (Nawal Abu Al Fotouh), loves him from one side. The fake doctor seizes the opportunity to improve Muhammad’s condition and claims to be the cause of his recovery. Events unfold in a comical and romantic setting.

At first reluctant to accept this story about his origins, Randus will be forced by the circumstances to repeat the feat of his father, twenty years later.
