Curiously, there is a disproportionate percentage of men working in gay porn who identify as straight. Why would a straight man do gay porn? What motivates him to try this or make a career of it? Why is there such keen interest and debate into the sexuality and personal lives of these men? And what does it say about us, the viewer that so much of gay porn is dominated by images of straight men?

There are an estimated 370 million pornographic websites on-line. Porn is now a thirteen BILLION dollar business. So who's doing all this moonlighting? Turns out -- probably some people you know.

As Joey. In high school, Matt and Ryan were best friends. More than friends, actually. But in the ensuing ten years, they've lost contact. So when Matt receives an invitation to Ryan's wedding he's surprised - especially that Ryan is marrying a woman!

As Zachary Wells. A quirk in time and space gives a failed filmmaker the chance to reshape his destiny when he visits his peculiar alma mater.

As Stephen. Six people in New York are adrift. Zeke and Luke work in a sex shop: Zeke takes gay liberation seriously, Luke likes to sparkle and takes nothing seriously. He's offended when Stephen calls him a gay cliché, then, surprisingly, they find each other attractive and interesting. Stephen, it turns out, has a great apartment, trust fund, and artwork he's painted on his walls. Meanwhile, Peter, a neat-freak, and Derek, nice to everyone, move in together. Peter's compulsiveness threatens the relationship. Last, newly-engaged Marilyn, a recovering alcoholic stuck at step 2, can't stop obsessing about wedding details. Can these folks sort out civilization and its discontents?

As Movie Darren / Himself. Leigh has made a film about how Darren and Joe met and fell in love. Due to its exaggerated nature, personal complications ensue.

As David. Possessed by a demon in life and forced to spend eternity doing the devil's bidding in death, a malevolent nun returns to life to torment a young couple and their terrified friends in director Massimiliano Cerchi's sacrilegious shocker. A young couple has just moved into their new rental home, and in order to properly break the place in they have invited over a small group of friends for an intimate housewarming party. Soon prompted to experiment with an Ouija board by their sinister landlord, the unassuming party goers inadvertently unleash the murderous spirit of a demonic nun whose evil is so powerful that it cannot be contained to the spiritual realm.

Executive producer. The biggest readers and writers of gay romance books are women. LGBTQ and m/m (or male/male) romance are the fastest expanding book genres, seeing larger growth in readership than any other publishing segment. The documentary travels to Albuquerque, New Mexico to attend Gay Rom Lit, one of the biggest romance conventions in the world to find out why.

Over the course of a year, film follows Vancouver Pride Society president Ken Coolen to various international Pride events, including Poland, Hungary, Russia, Sri Lanka and others where there is great opposition to pride parades. In North America, Pride is complicated by commercialization and a sense that the festivals are turning away from their political roots toward tourism, party promotion and entertainment. Christie documents the ways larger, more mainstream Pride events have supported the global Pride movement and how human rights components are being added to more established events. In the New York sequence, leaders organize an alternative Pride parade, the Drag March, set up to protest the corporatization of New York Pride. A parade in São Paulo, the world's largest Pride festival, itself includes a completely empty float, meant to symbolize all those lost to HIV and to anti-gay violence.
