Phenomenal podcast! The host (who’s awesome by the way) selects one album and then uses an entire season to dissect the album - one song per episode of 40 min length. It sound crazy but it works! He does a full musical and lyrical analysis and interpretation and mixes in anecdotes and stories about the album or the song I’ve only listened to season 2 so far which is Kanye West ‘Dark Twisted Fantasy’ and it’s really interesting how it makes me appreciate the album even more! Sometimes it can get a little too high brow or technical, but I imagine if your a real musical nerd it will 100% work for you! I just can’t really keep up 🤷‍♂️

One of the greatest podcasts out there. Would recommend the episodes with Kendrick Lamar’s album TO PIMP A BUTTERFLY
