I truly have no words this book felt like it was an invasion of Plaths privacy almost as if I were in her head which made me uncomfortable yet also intrigued and so curious that i could not stop reading.
I enjoyed this book and I though it handled the subject it surrounded very maturely and proved it could be an eye opener to people who read it who may have a stigma or perceived very/stereotype of such thing. I do think however that the book felt a bit rushed towards the end so I think that Colleen Hoover made the right decision of writing another book that will be released soon. Whereas in some case i feel like a second book isnât needed this isnât one.
I COULD NOT get into this book and i donât know why?! By reading the blurb I thought I would enjoy it but for some reason reading it made me feel a bit cringe so made me put off reading it for quite some time. I also donât think the ending was that great and just honestly did not like the story line. I went in with high hopes and now I feel a bit disappointed.
I did enjoy this book however i do think that i went into reading it with really high expectations but nevertheless it was a good book. I really enjoyed the plot and the âtwistâ but towards the end it seemed a bit rushed to me and not only that but through out it kind of felt like it was a bit jumpy. I liked how we got chapters from both Miles and Tates perspective but truth be told reading Milesâ parts made me feel pretty uncomfortable and mad almost when he would compare Tate to Rachel. I thought the ending was cute as it revisited previous comments the characters had exchanged and it had that âlovey doveyâ feeling.
Team manuscript or Team letter? That is the question. Personally I am completely team manuscript as there is way too much evidence behind it! I must say I did not go into reading this book completely blind however the plot twist somehow did still shock me. I really enjoyed how the chapters were written by switching between Lowens point of view and the horror of Verityâs manuscript and then eventually the manuscript. I think this was a great creepy thriller yet also sort of a good dark romance.
10 !!! I loved this book so so so much. Taylor Jenkins Reid prepare to be rich because I will buy all of your books. I loved the writing style(especially the chapters as we saw not only Moniques but Evelynâs point of view as well as a time difference in the two past and present), the plot, the characters and especially the plot twist. I went on completely blind and was shocked. Those last few chapters released a rollercoaster of emotions in me. Never have i cried so much at a book.
I really enjoyed this book I mean AARON BLACKFORD CAN TAKE MY HAND IN MARRIAGE. However I do think that it may have been a bit overhyped or that I went into with my expectations a bit to high as I think more time should have been spent in Spain for the wedding and I also thought that the ending was completely unrelated, rushed and unnecessary for the story.
So unrealistic. I thought this books target audience was teenagers however when reading it I thought about how even 8 year old me would not be satisfied. I did not like the plot or characters at all.
I enjoyed this and how much of the story was actually set on the honeymoon as most stories similar to the sort of romance vacation enemies to lovers trope donât have great vacation time in the chapters. With all the good stuff being said I still hate Ethan.
This book is one of my favourites. It challenges gender norms and shows you ideas from multiple perspectives. It didnât feel fake each character felt humane.
I really wanted to enjoy this book and for some of it I did however certain things made me cringe like her unnecessary obsession with smurfs. I also think that it couldâve been written more descriptively because I had no idea of what the scenery was.
I loved this. Every chapter made me feel giddy and if it didnât then I felt and understood the hurt of the characters. It had so many cliche romance tropes however it was just the perfect amount.
I donât usually read books like this as I stick to the side of romance or thrillers however I was pleasantly surprised. It really was eye opening and explained things incredibly well.
I enjoyed this romance each chapter always had a scene that swelled my heart and pulled at its strings. I really connected to the main characters. The ending was more than I could have hoped for it was perfect.
