Amazing cast, cinematography and editing. Wish the plot was better written. The intention was great, to explore that balance between justice and injustice, guilt of a failed redemption. But unfortunately the script is a bit weak and doesn’t do the idea justice.
The film is all so beautiful till the last 5 minutes. Personally I think the final confession ruined the film, as the entire film was trying to explore that willingness and freedom.
Edit: a film that should be seen on the big screen. Laptop screen can’t do it justice, and I’m more at peace with having that final arrangement now.
I think Dr. Strange is one of the best Marvel origin films, like it’s one of the kind. The film really presented Strange in the way I want him to be. Casting Benedict Cumberbatch is a great choice, he definitely has the right vibe.
I enjoyed the series for sure, even though it’s been a painful ride. Definitely agreed with the idea of how this show presents the stages of grief. Even though I’m a bit disappointed with the ending (mainly due to the quicksilver part), I do love how it starts with Wanda and ends with Wanda. It’s a show about her slowly accepting the reality, no needs for other characters to show up and ruin this bittersweet journey.
7/10 but I’m willing to give an 8 on the system. Such a wholesome and beautiful film. Really reminds me of my first love and that summer feeling. The reason I’m giving a 7 is because I think there’s a lot more could be explored. A lot of storytelling got limited due to the length of the film. But it’s definitely a lesbian / lgbtq+ film we need, love is not about the heartbroken and society rules, it’s about little moments that made it beautiful and worth remembering. Well done to the team ❤️
