It’s not easy to miss the revolving door entrance to Gilt Bar, a moody and imposing retreat. The bar up front mixes cocktails to a metronomic rhythm, while the back feels more intimate with studded leather banquettes and nostalgic lighting. However, make no mistake, this is no Bugsy Malone speakeasy, but a grown-up version for aficionados with astute palates. Snack on smoky Brussels sprouts finished with a Dijon vinaigrette and dusting of pecorino, before savoring ricotta gnocchi tossed in a nutty brown butter sauce with butternut squash, chives and parmesan. For the finale, diner-style pies are all the rage. Gorge on a coconut-cream rendition topped with pleasantly bitter coffee-infused ice cream and chocolate sauce—perhaps to the tunes of Bob Dylan? Bliss.

Awesome cocktail list!!! Yummy handmade pasta 🍝 Great date spot but there are also loungey booths that would be fun to sit at for a while with a group.
