Downtown Chicago Is Full Of Tourist Trap Restaurants, Making It Difficult To Find A Place That’S Delicious, Accommodating, And Not A Rip Off. Imperial Lamian Is A Shining Beacon In River North, Delivering A Menu Of Upscale Chinese Favorites, Highlighted By Is Quite Possibly The City’S Best Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings). Also Worth Nothing Are The Sichuan Lamb Chops Which Are Juicy And Full Of Numbing Spice. The Full-Service Space Is Refined Enough For Special Occasions, But Not Stuffy Enough Where Families With Young Children Wouldn’T Be Out Of Place. The Lunar Blossom Dessert Is A Show Stopper And A Must.

From the outside this could be mistaken for a fast food china place but it really isn’t! Their dim sum, and their shanghai chicken are both great! Serves good cocktails as well! Great modern Chinese food in cool sorroundings!

Can’t believe it took me this long to try it out. The soup dumplings are amazing and the noodles are delicious. Charming decor and great service
