Chef José Santaella trained with Eric Ripert and Ferran Adriá, and delights diners’ palates with sophisticated and modern dishes like goat cheese quesadillas with honey and white truffle oil; curry beef stew shepherd’s pie with sweet plantains; and cherry tomatoes in syrup with fresh cheese and basil ice cream.
