It might be a bit premature to review now but I am so psyched to see Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen reprise their roles. Their character arcs have been so thoroughly fleshed out with The Clone Wars and Rebels series that it feels like they are coming back to much meatier roles. I am here for it all! Will update my review once all of the episodes have aired but so far so good - I'm hooked and feel like they're laying some solid groundwork for the series. Episode 5 is incredibly dark and adds so much to Vader's arc in such a small amount of time. Favourite so far and we got much more in Hayden Christensen 👌

Entire Series (10/10): Sure, there’s some cheesiness and less than perfect things throughout this series. But nevertheless, I enjoyed so much of this. Seeing Obi-Wan Kenobi and so many other familiar faces helps to bridge the gap between what we’ve seen in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith (2005) and Star Wars: Rebels (2014-2018). The action and choreography is awesome, the overarching plot is great, and of luckily Kenobi shines through it all from start to finish.

En glimrende eventyr serie i stil med Star Wars I, II og III. Der er meget nostalgi med gamle, kendte figurer og ikke mindst Ewan McGregor der bærer serien alene. Serien er ikke så nyskabende som eks. The Mandalorian, men følger i stedet det spor der allerede er lagt med filmene. Go's underholdning fra et elsket univers!

good character development for others in the star wars franchise but the jeopardy/danger never feels as real as it should, given the plot armour worn by the main characters

Aside from some occasionally weak visual effects, episode four and THAT chase scene (if you’ve seen it, you’ll know), this is a fantastic series. The final episode should leave any big Star Wars fan in tears! Excellent.

The ending was something I was looking forward to seeing the battle for the longest time! Part of me hopes there will be a season 2 however I don't know how on earth they could top that ending!

3/6 episodes were good/great. Hard to review. For a show about kenobi and Vader the standards were high. Starwars Episode 3 to episode 4 was already set up very well for kenobi. It seems like there will be a season 2. Viewers will have to know how kenobi returns to being a hermit watching over luke.

Despite recent movies in the Star Wars Franchise are a bummer, the TV series are really hitting out of the park. This show features fan favourite, Obi Wan Kenobi, 10 years after the gruesome Order-66. The show perfectly portrayed how much Obi Wan is emotionally effected with all the incidents that happened. Ewan McGregor once again proved why he's the only perfect person to play Obi Wan. The transition of Obi Wan from a shell of former self and coming back to as once he was in the prime is just too good. His sense of responsibility to protect Luke and Leia just showed how much he really cared for both of them. After watching this show I felt more connected to the original trilogy. And Vivien as little Leia is simply too good. She pulled such an important role with ease. And the series finale, is like a dream come true for any Star Wars Fan. It exceeded all the expectations. We will see how much of an grudge Anakin holds towards Obi Wan and Jedi Order. Simply put, if you have a little context about the events of Star Wars, this show really connects ❤️

As a McGregor fan I love that, but the story seems weak since we already know what happens to the main characters (they both survive until A new hope) and nothing is ever truly at stake.

An ok series I guess. The best Star Wars character in a new light - not Obi-Wan - Leia but in her child form. Obi-Wan is not my favourite character but at least we are getting some more background on him.

I’ve made it 4 episodes in and I’m not invested at all. Probably not going to finish the series. Little Leia is annoying to me. McGregor was more charming as Kenobi in the films - but I think that’s mostly due to writing. Hugely disappointing.

It's great to see Ewan Mcgregor back again as Kenobi. Hopefully he gets the closure he deserved. What's always interesting to see in a Star Wars themed show is the CGI, well done, the cinematic shots, the performance is great. However i didn't like Reva's character, it feels a bit made up. Maybe we will see her grow in the future..
