THE. BEST. SHOW. EVER!!! This show got me so hooked, ive already watched it 4 times at this point. I’ve watched legacies and the originals twice now, and i have fallen in love with all of them, but the main original show, TVD, is the best one of all of them in my opinion. I am quite literally obsessed with this show and it will remain my favorite for a while, along with buffy which i recently discovered. Sometimes i cant choose between the two, they are both just too good!!!

It’s an alright show but I don’t think a TV show should set to make their main character unlikable.

First few seasons were great and well worth the watch. Last few lacked substance and I found them slightly boring. Would still recommend

I hate elena and damon together, they are so toxic for each other! The only one I liked in this show was Caroline, because elena is dumb, self obsessed and damon is pathetic and stefan is too perfect (for me) this show became crappy after 4th season . The did tyler dirty! I mean he was well known character they just killed himself like that and his mother and father and his uncle was killed brutally too!!. I don't think damon deserved to be human because he did too many crimes!! . I think we all agree how bad they treated kat graham

I liked watching it but looking back at it, it really isn’t anything special. I even hated many of the characters while watching so I don’t know what kept me watching.

The show got boring after s5 but overall I still liked it. The show was my first “adult”/non Disney show and I’m forever grateful for it. #bonniedeservedbetter also the originals>tvd

Started off nicely with different characters & unimaginable fantasies which was really cool ..first few seasons were really good which will make you to binge watch but felt bored towards the end as it kept dragging …enjoyed the vampire experience of Salvatore brothers …

It is fun, with a lotttt of drama and it is a must watch for every 13+ year old girl. Boys who love drama and mystical creatures will enjoy it too, just keep that on the downlow, as people who don't understand the awesomeness of this theme are stupid.

It was all good but I watched untill 4th season. Then the plot wasn't that interesting anymore to me. Though I wanted to know the whole series story especially of Katherine. So I managed to reach the last season, skipped some episodes when it got boring and just kept track of the story. The last season was good tho, since it's the conclusion.😅

It's a great show to watch. Even though this was the original of the 3 series based off of this show. I would say it's actually my least favorite and with an 8/10 rating just shows what a great job that the creators of The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and The Legacies did in making their shows!!!

AHHHHHHHHH literally one of my fav binge shows but they really milked elena leaving the show ngl it could’ve ended a lot sooner AND DIFFERENTLY i have never cried more in my entire life at a show 😭

Katherine Pierce is the best villain this show has had! The way Nina Dobrev has range to play Elena and her doppelgängers yet make us hate Elena but love Katherine is best thing!

This show is amazing Stephen's death I am still grieving Joe's still grieving Joe's death I am still grieving but the deaths are really make me extremely unhappy for this we're unhappy but the show is amazing and the ending I'm pretty sure I miss miss everyone that has watched this ending has cried

i think everyone loves the vampire diaries! it’s really a classic like teenager cheesy vampire series but it’s also well made and a lot of good action scenes!
