Episode 1: It’s good! A stellar instalment in the MCU’s new multiverse saga. Completely flips the script on the MCU Episode 2: This episode is a Love Letter to Chadwick! Felt emotional listening to his voice again 💔. As per the episode this shows the potential of what if, there are endless possibilities but marvel doing a fantastic job exploring the alternatives also maintaining the connections 💯

LOVING these what if scenarios!!! It's a really nice way of exploring characters and stories that we love but won't necessarily be explored in future films.

This turned out to be exactly what I hoped it would be, an anthology series shuffling major events in the MCU. It does have its ups and downs, but every episode was enjoyable. It also introduces The Watcher, who doesn't appear to have much of a personality. Still, Jeffery Wright brings a lot of gravitas to the character. The animation was good; but not spectacular. The quality of voice acting was not always the best. Yes, many MCU actors reprised their roles in What If, but, with a few exceptions, the other half of the lot felt weak. I would have also liked the series to focus slightly less on the action and shift the balance towards characters and exploration of the new reality. Overall, it was really entertaining and left me wanting more, which is what every series aspires to do.

Off to a really strong start through three episodes. The scenarios are interesting to anyone with an interest in the Marvel series. I'm looking forward to seeing where they go from here.

"What If...?" is without a doubt for the fans. It's a medium where so many diverse storylines and characters are finally able to be brought to life all at once... and I love it! There are so many directions this series could go, and I hope they make more than 100 episodes. At this point, it feels like this show has yet to reach its full potential; I know it's supposed to be a "fan service", but it absolutely could be even more than that.

I’ve always been a big fan of alternate universes in the hero genre which DC in the animated section has been ruling with great success but what a damn well-made show Marvel has put together here. I didn’t expect the episodes to come together in the end which was a nice surprise and I love how crazy Ultron got to be. I always thought he had more potential than how he was depicted in the Avengers movie.

I just love me a good anthology show and boy did this deliver!! I was excited for this when they first announced it and man this show they came through with the thought provoking scenarios. The animation was very vivid and blend really well with the characters. Bringing back some of the original voices for the cast was a really nice addition. They kinda played as a possible goodbye for some of these portrayals like the one for Chadwick that was beautiful. I also love how the show kinda has a PG 13 feel. With the violence and cursing they did in here it completely caught me off guard but I'm all for it 🤣. Jeffery Wright did great job as The Watcher as well. I really hope marvel does more of these because I didn't hate a single one they were all fantastic

Season 1 (6/10): Alright. I’ve been trying to write this review since yesterday morning and it’s been super hard for this first season. Many spoilers ahead because this was difficult. Individually, some of the episodes are PHENOMENAL (looking at you Dr. Armani and zombies), however most just felt like they neglected and negated established rules set within the MCU prior to this series. The fact that the Infinity Stones can work between universes but the Infinity Stone Crusher CAN’T?? What in the world?? We got Gamora thrown into the finale despite the episode with her and Stark being pushed back (presumably to season 2) and she felt absolutely useless. Why was the voice acting so bad for so many characters? We didn’t HAVE to ask the live-action actors to play their characters in animation too. Some did well (Peggy Carter), but others (Bucky Barnes) were so rough. The animation was so freaking bad in almost every instance of the show and I never felt like this animation style was necessary to telling the stories that were told. Arnim Zola taking over Ultron’s body? Wasting Killmonger by trapping him in a pocket dimension? No punishment for Uatu (The Watcher) for interfering? Steve Rogers and the Hydrastomper survived? As a massive comic fan and a huge supporter of the MCU, I was so underwhelmed and disappointed in this first season. The potential was there, but for some reason, this was thrown together last minute with absolutely no planning; what a mess.

Apart from introducing the Watcher it felt as if just toying around with ideas. Frankly didn’t understand the purpose of the same. As for animations - I think DC makes the best ones amongst them

It was an interesting concept, but the stories often feel convoluted and far-fetched. This show can be fun to watch but for me it wasn’t really worth it.

This series is a binge feast for any Marvel Fan. Every episode is unique in its own. Really loved this and can't wait enough for the second season. And also this series only gave glimpse of what new era of Marvel Cinematic Universe could offer with Multiverse Storyline. But I only recommend this series to a Marvel Fan. Only they could understand and connect with this series.

Incredible storyline!!! What if? The title itself describes what we are going to see here. Loved the concept of Marvel where there are numerous different possibilities in different worlds of already occurred events.
